Ethicon COATED VICRYL is a sterile, synthetic, absorbable surgical suture composed of polyglactin 910 (90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide). The braided and coated construction enhances handling characteristics, knot security and smooth tissue passage during soft tissue approximation procedures.
This USP 3-0 undyed suture is supplied in a 45 cm (18 inch) length and is armed with a single-armed PC-5 PRIME MP conventional cutting needle measuring 19 mm with a 3/8 circle curvature, designed to deliver sharp, controlled penetration for precise skin and superficial tissue closure.
