Silicone-coated polyester braided non-absorbable surgical suture supplied double armed with taper point needles for controlled tissue approximation, excellent knot security and long-term tensile wound support.

LuxSutures Luxpet® Polyester Braided Non-Absorbable Surgical Sutures are designed for controlled soft tissue approximation where secure bilateral needle access and durable tensile strength are required.

Manufactured from polyester (polyethylene terephthalate, PET), this braided multifilament suture delivers excellent knot security, high tensile strength and reliable handling. A silicone coating enhances smooth tissue passage and reduces drag during suturing.

This double armed configuration is supplied with 2 × HR 25 mm taper point needles, allowing symmetrical placement and precise approximation in soft tissue procedures. Luxpet sutures are non-absorbable and become gradually encapsulated by connective tissue, providing permanent wound support with minimal tissue reaction.
