LuxSutures POLYESTER White Veterinary Surgical Sutures are premium non-absorbable braided multifilament sutures manufactured by LuxSutures from polyester, a polymer of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The braided construction provides dependable handling characteristics and strong knot security, making LuxSutures Polyester suitable for veterinary procedures requiring durable, long-term support.

LuxSutures Polyester sutures are silicone coated to improve handling, reduce tissue drag and support smooth passage through tissue during placement. As a non-absorbable material, LuxSutures Polyester sutures are not enzymatically absorbed and are gradually encapsulated by connective tissue, maintaining tensile strength over time.
