Many sutures are ordered specifically for each customer order. Please confirm stock with our team before selecting Next Day Delivery. The express service cannot shorten a manufacturer lead time.
When your order arrives

A quick check at the reception point helps protect your organisation and allows any courier issue to be investigated promptly.

Count every parcel
Confirm that the number of parcels delivered matches the consignment paperwork before accepting the delivery.

Check the outer packaging and the condition of the consignment before signing the courier documentation.

Tell the courier about any damage or shortage and make sure it is written clearly on the delivery note before signature.

These points explain how carriage, reception-point delivery and international clearance are handled.
Charges depend on destination
A standard packing and carriage charge is added at the published rate excluding VAT. Orders for Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and international destinations are charged at cost.
Delivery is to reception
Couriers are contracted to deliver to your nominated reception point. Please make sure a suitable person is available to receive and check the consignment.
Contact us promptly
If your order has not arrived within three to five working days of the expected delivery date, contact us so we can investigate. Missing orders must be reported within ten working days of the invoice date.
Customs clearance
Overseas customers are responsible for clearing goods through customs and for all applicable local taxes, federal taxes, duties and charges.

Any delivery time or date shown is an estimate only. Medical Sutures makes every effort to dispatch goods on time but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within an estimated period.
The customer must accept goods when they are ready for delivery. Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the nominated address, at which point the risk of loss, breakage and damage passes to the customer.
Title in the goods does not pass to the customer until Medical Sutures has received payment in full. These delivery details should be read alongside the full website terms and conditions.
