Returns Policy – Business Customers Only
Business-to-Business Sales
Medical Sutures operates on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only. We do not sell to consumers.
As a result, statutory consumer rights of return do not apply, including any rights under consumer cancellation legislation.
Non-Faulty Goods
Where goods supplied are not defective and not supplied incorrectly, Medical Sutures reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse the return of such goods.
Hygiene & Safety Restrictions
For hygiene, safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept the return or exchange of any items that have been:
Opened
Used
Removed from original sealed packaging
Stock Items
At our discretion, we may accept the return of stock items subject to the following conditions:
The customer must notify us within 30 days of receipt
Goods must be:
Unopened
Unused
In original packaging
In resaleable condition
Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking charge
All return requests require prior written authorisation
Non-Stock Items
Non-stock, special-order or made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable.
Sterile Products
STERILE PRODUCTS ARE STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, unless required by law due to defect or incorrect supply.

We are not obliged to accept returns in any circumstances
Returned goods received without authorisation may be refused
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Unsaleable returned goods may be destroyed or returned at the customer’s expense
